Solar, designed for your roof

Not a template quote off a satellite photo. We model your actual roof faces, shading and usage before we tell you what to buy.

What you get

A design you can check

Every proposal we send names the exact panel and inverter models, the array layout by roof face, an annual production estimate in kWh, and what that means against your current bills. If a number looks off to you, ask — we will walk you through where it came from.

Under NEM 3.0 the math changed. Exporting surplus to the grid pays far less than it used to, which means a well-designed system today is sized against when you use power, not just how much. That is also why we rarely quote solar without at least talking about storage.

Included in every solar install

  • On-site assessment of roof, main panel and service capacity
  • Engineered design with per-face production modeling
  • City permit drawings and submission
  • HOA architectural submittals where required
  • Utility interconnection application
  • Installation by our own licensed crews
  • Final inspection and permission to operate (PTO)
  • Monitoring setup and a walkthrough of how to read it
Honest answers

Questions we get asked a lot

Will solar alone cover my bill?

Usually not entirely, and anyone promising a $0 bill is selling you something. Between fixed utility charges and NEM 3.0 export rates, the realistic goal is a large, predictable reduction — and we will show you the number before you sign.

Does my roof need work first?

If your roof has under ten years left, it is cheaper to deal with it before the array goes up than to pay to remove and reset panels later. We will tell you if we see that, even though it delays our own job.

Do I need an electrical panel upgrade?

Sometimes — and it can be expensive. A SPAN smart panel can often solve the capacity problem differently, which is one reason we look at your main panel on the very first visit.

How long does it take?

The install itself is typically a few days. The calendar is driven by city permitting and utility interconnection, which vary by jurisdiction. We tell you the real range for your city rather than a best case.
