Energy production figures, bill savings and payback periods depend on your specific property, usage, utility rate plan and conditions outside our control. Messages include scheduling, confirmations, appointment reminders, and follow-up messages about your solar, smart panel or battery storage project. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase.
You opt in by submitting the contact form on this website and checking the consent box, which reads:
"I agree to receive text messages from Effect Energy Inc. about the assessment I am requesting, including scheduling, confirmations, appointment reminders and follow-up about my project. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase."
The box is unchecked by default. This website is the only place we collect SMS consent.

You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP we will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. If you opt out of texts you may still receive non-marketing communications by phone or email. To rejoin, simply opt in again as you did the first time.
Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, U.S. Cellular, Boost, Cricket and Metro by T-Mobile) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information or text-messaging opt-in data and consent is ever shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
